Find the support that fits your practice
Behaviour Support
Strengthen assessment, formulation, behaviour support planning and implementation. Explore complex situations, examine evidence and develop recommendations that work for the person, their family and support team. Supervision is shaped around your experience, caseload and development priorities.
Occupational Therapy
Develop clinical reasoning, assessments and recommendations that support meaningful participation. Work on intervention planning, reports and everyday function, including sensory and emotional regulation, assistive technology, home modifications or soft tissue OT where relevant to your role and scope.
Osteopathy
Reflect on assessment, treatment decisions and progress in osteopathic practice. Explore clinical reasoning, communication, professional boundaries and when to refer or seek further input. Sessions focus on the questions and development priorities relevant to your own practice.
OT to Behaviour Support
Build on your OT experience while preparing to apply for NDIS behaviour support practitioner suitability. Receive support with development planning, application preparation and evidence review, including formal supervisor declarations or portfolio endorsement where appropriate and supported by sufficient assessment and evidence.
The NDIS Commission makes suitability decisions. Supervision does not guarantee approval or replace other requirements for delivering specialist behaviour support.
Support is tailored to your career stage and caseload. The introductory conversation helps establish a fit with your learning needs and the age groups you support, including children, adolescents or adults.
Meet Andrew Charalambous
Andrew is the Founding Director of Back to Basics Health Group, an Occupational Therapist, an Osteopath and an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner.
He has supervised OTs and behaviour support practitioners for many years, both formally and through day-to-day clinical guidance. His approach combines structured reflection with practical advice and coaching, within a program aligned with the Victorian Allied Health Clinical Supervision Framework.
Andrew established Back to Basics to support people more holistically across disciplines. He brings experience in clinical practice, multidisciplinary collaboration and leading an allied health organisation.
For OT and behaviour support practitioners, this perspective helps connect recommendations with participation, everyday environments and the work of families and support teams. Osteopathy supervision remains focused on osteopathic practice.
Andrew will help you examine your reasoning, consider alternatives and identify manageable next steps.
Andrew’s qualifications include: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (La Trobe University), Bachelor of Science in Clinical Science (Victoria University), and Master of Health Science in Osteopathy (Victoria University).
What you can work on together
Bring a clinical question, a decision you want to examine or selected material to discuss within your session. Andrew will help you explore your reasoning, consider alternatives and identify practical next steps. You don’t need to have everything worked out!

Make sense of assessment findings, explore uncertainty and examine the reasoning behind your decisions. - Assessment and recommendations:
Develop clearer assessments, reports and recommendations that connect evidence with the person’s goals and needs. - Implementation and collaboration:
Consider what is practical for the person and their support network, how to work with others and how to review whether an approach is helping. - Professional confidence and development:
Reflect on challenging experiences, identify learning priorities and explore changes in your role, including clinical leadership responsibilities.
How supervision works
1. Start with a conversation
Meet Andrew in a free 30-minute telehealth call to discuss your goals, ask questions and explore whether Elevate is right for you.
2. Agree on your plan
For individual supervision, complete a Supervision Agreement and Plan before paid sessions begin. Sessions are 60 minutes by telehealth, usually fortnightly or monthly, with frequency agreed around your needs.
Group arrangements are scoped and quoted before booking.
3. Reflect and apply your learning
Bring relevant questions and experiences to each session. Together, you’ll explore your reasoning, agree practical actions and review what happens when you apply your learning.
Additional support
Alongside your supervision sessions, you can arrange focused document review or observation with feedback to help you apply learning, strengthen your work and identify practical next steps.
Document and evidence review
Receive focused feedback on reports, clinical documents or application evidence. Work on the clarity of your reasoning, how you use evidence and the connection between findings and recommendations.
Observation and feedback
Connect supervision discussions with what happens in practice. An agreed observation and reflective debrief can help you examine clinical skills, communication or implementation and identify practical next steps.
The learning focus, scope, feedback format and fees are agreed before work begins. Any travel costs are included in the quote before booking.
Fees and inclusions
View our fees and inclusions guide for individual supervision, support between sessions, document review and observation with feedback.
Group supervision and tailored team support are quoted according to your needs and the agreed scope.
Additional paid work is discussed and agreed before it begins.
Support for employers and clinical teams
Provide dedicated development time through employer-funded individual supervision or group supervision for occupational therapy, behaviour support and osteopathy teams.
Group sessions can support shared reflection or focus on a defined learning priority, such as clinical reasoning, assessment, intervention planning, documentation or implementation. Where useful, the arrangement may include separately agreed review, observation or consultation.
We’ll discuss your team’s experience, priorities and existing support, then agree the scope, arrangements and fees.
